Urban Decay Haul #1

Under the special skills list on my CV you'll find reading, reciting the first 151 Pokemon perfectly and shopping. The latter has been made all the more detrimental to my bank account by the fact that I work near a Debenhams...with an Urban Decay counter. You can see where I'm going with this.

Urban Decay has been one of my favourite brands for years now. From their Naked Palettes to the All Nighter Setting Spray I've loved everything I've tried from them...for the most part. Until this year I hadn't really played with anything other than their eyeshadows. So I decided this was the perfect time to try some new products. I picked up the After Glow Highlighter in Sin a little while ago and loved that (review here) This time I was drawn to their eye products.

Razor Sharp Long Wear Liquid Eyeliner | £17 | This is the one item that I'm not very enamoured with though it could just be the colour I purchased. Cuff is a very reflective silver but it's not all that opaque and when you add layers it tends to take away colour rather than add it. This definitely isn't for me.

Moondust Eyeshadow in Space Cowboy | £15.50 | What a shock, an eyeshadow. Space Cowboy has a brown base with silver reflects running through it and is absolutely stunning. I like it patted over the lid for a subtle shimmer or packed on for an intense glittery look. I took this away with me on holiday and my mother kept pinching it from my makeup bag - it looked fantastic on her too!

Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner | £15 | I'd heard so much about the glitter eyeliners and after watching Nikkie Tutorials use them in her videos I was sold. I needed that sparkly wonderfulness in my life. I started out with Midnight Cowboy, used it once and decided I needed more, hence Glam Rock made it's way into my collection. I love it to add sparkle all over the lid, graphic eye liner or adding shimmer to the inner corner. Basically, I love these all over my face.

Left to Right: Razor Sharp Eyeliner in Cuff, Glam Rock, Midnight Cowboy, Moondust Eyeshadow in Space Cowboy.

I'll definitely be adding some more shades of the Heavy Metal Glitter Liners and Moondust shadows to my collection, but I'll skip the Razor Sharp Eyeliners.

Have you tried any of these? What did you think?

Thank-you for reading,
