What is Top 5 Wednesday?
Top 5 Wednesday is a weekly book meme hosted by Sam of Thoughts on Tomes on YouTube. Here is the link for the Goodreads group where you can find the list of topics and such.
This weeks topic is: Forgettable Books
1. Every Mountain Made Low by Alex White

Even whilst I was reading Every Mountain Made Low I had no clue what was going on so heaven help me try and recall it now. This novel felt far to chaotic, as though there were multiple plots condensed into one book.
I have a full review for Every Mountain Made Low here.

3. The Rest of Us Just Live Here by Patrick Ness

Oh I wanted to love this. I really did. But similarly to Every Mountain Made Low, The Rest of Us Just Live Here seemed to have two plots running parallel. I know that's part of the premise that you get the 'chosen ones' story as well as the collateral characters but I would've loved this novel so much more if there wasn't any of that odd paranormal-ness (is this a word? It is now).
I have a full review of The Rest of Us Just Live Here here.

3. Freeks by Amanda Hocking

After reading Caraval (review here) I wanted all the circus fiction, so I read Freeks. I loved it. I read it in about three sittings whilst on holiday...but now I can't remember anything about the book. It wasn't bad at all. As I mentioned I loved it. But for some reason the entire premise seems to have leaked out of my brain...
I have a review for Freeks here.

4. False Hearts by Laura Lam
