Top 5 Wednesday: Favourite Fancasts

What is Top 5 Wednesday?

Top 5 Wednesday is a weekly book meme hosted by Sam of Thoughts on Tomes on YouTube. Here is the link for the Goodreads group where you can find the list of topics and such.

This weeks topic is: Favourite Fancasts

1. Throne of Glass by Sarah J Maas

No one can change my mind when it comes to who I think should play Celaena/Aelin - Margot Robbie. She's exactly who I pictured reading this series. Like Aelin she's sassy, intelligent and very headstrong.

1. Six of Crows* by Leigh Bardugo

Taron Egerton has been and will always be the first person I think of when I hear the name Kaz Brekker. I feel like he'd be able to pull of suave criminal so well...and he has the jawline to match!

3. A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J Maas

Although I have never watched Outlander I am well aware of the actors involved in the production. Particularly, the very attractive and very red haired Sam Heughan. How perfect would he be for Lucien? Love it.

7. Flame in the Mist* by Renee Ahdieh

Everyone's favourite Kitsune warrior...Arden Cho. She would be an incredible Mariko. If Flame in the Mist ever get a film deal I hope she stars in it. Again she is everything Mariko becomes and having already had some fighting experience in her role in Teen Wolf I think she'd be incredible.

5. All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven

From what I can remember I'm pretty sure that All the Bright Places has got a film in the works...though that could simply be me being hopeful. However, I would love to see Dylan O'Brien play Finch. Considering the character he played on Teen Wolf I think he'd be able to pull off Finch's quirkiness but also sensitively portray him.

Who would you cast in the adaptations of your favourite books?

Thank-you for reading,
