Top 5 Wednesday: Classes Based on Books/Characters

What is Top 5 Wednesday?

Top 5 Wednesday is a weekly book meme hosted by Sam of Thoughts on Tomes on YouTube. Here is the link for the Goodreads group where you can find the list of topics and such.

Classes Based on Books/Characters

4. Magnus Chase by Rick Riordan

Mythology in general has always been a favourite subject of mine. So who better to teach me about Norse Mythology than the cast from Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard?

You can find the Goodreads page here.

2. A Game of Thrones by George R R Martin

I hate Politics. I find it the most dreary subject unless its in a fictional fantasy world. I'd much rather read the decision of where to put ones dragons than watch question time... For that reason I think Tyrion would be the most fantastic Politics tutor. He's incredibly blunt, sarcastic and always drinking wine. His lectures would be incredible.

3. Heir of Fire by Sarah J Maas

Let's be honest, who wouldn't want Rowan teaching them P.E. I'd happily run around a track if he was in front of me... I know. I have no shame.

4. Seraphina by Rachel Hartman

I have no musical talent whatsoever. Both my parents and friends would attest to that! However, I'd love to learn an instrument and who better to teach me than Seraphina? The half dragon musical genius.

You can find the Goodreads page here.

5. The Bone Season by Samantha Shannon

I've always had an interest in clairvoyance/divination. The different arts encompassed under that umbrella have intrigued me for years. There's no character more well versed in this subject than Jaxon Hall, the White Binder and all around jackass. However, I feel like he'd make a fantastic teacher.

You can find the Goodreads page here.

I have a review for The Song Rising* here.

What books/characters would you want a class from?

Thank-you for reading,
