1. Decorated Shelves
Once upon a time, I had minimalist shelves. They had only one row of books and virtually nothing decorating them. Now, I have candles, funko pops, lego, even a flamingo adorning my shelves and I love it.
I can't remember why exactly but I used to have a massive aversion to hardbacks. I didn't like how they messed up the sizes on my shelves. I store my books alphabetically by the author's surname so there'd be a random hardback in the middle of a row.
2. The Exact Opposite of Okay by Laura Steven
I swore I'd never read an ebook. Now with taking part in tours and accepting reviews I've had to get on board with them. I tell you what it makes for easy reading. Now I have a book everywhere I go and it's easy to sneakily read.
I never used to read manga up until a few years ago. It was more out of intimidation of not knowing where to start previously. I think the first manga I ever bought might've been Fairy Tail. Which I loved and need to catch up with.
I never thought I'd read and enjoy a romance book. They never appealed to me in all honesty. However, the last few months I've ended up reading a few and really enjoyed them!
What are some of the bookish things you've changed your mind about?
Thank you for reading,
