P.S. I Still Love You By Jenny Han

Every book in this series I seem to love more and more.

They're so wholesome and sweet whilst still broaching important topics, particularly ones that affect teenagers.
In this book, Lara Jean and Peter are really dating and getting along for the most part. That is until one of the other recipients of the first letter reappears on the scene. John Ambrose McClaren, a true cinnamon roll. He's so charming and sweet from the get-go. If you've seen the Netflix film but haven't read the book the way John Ambrose is in the film? The exact same in the book. I'm still a firm Peter and Lara Jean stan though. Whilst they aren't the perfect couple they cause each other to grow and change for the better.

P.S. I Still Love You built upon a lot of what I loved in the first film and introduced one of my new favourite characters...Stormy. She was fantastic. In fact all the scenes in the residential home I loved. The USO party mainly, I could picture it.

That's something I've noticed. Jenny writes in such a way that you are immersed in the scene, she deals with every sense but never overloads you with information. It's that sweet spot of knowing enough to picture it but also being able to use your own imagination.

I adore this series.
