I think I say every month that each Fairyloot box is my favourite, that's because it's true. They just get better and better. If I'm honest, I'm not sure how they're going to top this box though. I adored it. It's fully my aesthetic and contained merch for some of my favourite books. This months theme was Love at First Bite to tie in with all the spoop of Halloween.
I cannot wait to read this! I've had my eye on this book since I heard about its release. It sounds fantastic. I have heard some people say that the hype regarding the vampires is a little misleading but the setting of New Orleans is going to be amaaazing. There's also artwork on the reverse of The Beautiful's dust jacket by merwildandco which is stunning.
**Taken from the blurb**
In 1872, New Orleans is a city ruled by the dead.
But to seventeen-year-old Celine Rousseau, it's also a safe haven after she's forced to flee her life in Paris. Quickly enraptured by the vibrant city, from its music to its extravagant soirees and even its danger, she soon becomes embroiled in the city's glitzy underworld, and particularly the group know as La Cour des Lions.
But when a body is found in their lair, Celine is forced to battle her attraction for the group's enigmatic leader, Sebastien Saint Germain, and suspicions about his guilt, along with her own secrets.
As more bodies are discovered, New Orleans becomes gripped by the terror of a serial killer on the loose - one who seems to have Celine in his sights. But when she finally takes matters into her own hands, she finds herself caught in the midst of an age-old feud between the darkest creatures of the night, where the price of forbidden love is her life.
I have more coasters than I know what to do with now. Drink a lot of tea maybe. This set is so gorgeous. I think I might break it out every Halloween. It makes the perfect little decor piece. These were designed by blanca.design.
Whilst this print isn't themed around a specific set of books I love it. The broody vampire women look amazing! It's definitely one that'll go on the future office wall. This was created by monolimeart.
So that was my October Fairyloot Unboxing!
