January Fairyloot

How could I not love a bookish box with the theme Talk Faerie To Me? Let's remind ourselves of two of my favourite book series that feature fae... A Court of Thorns and Roses and Throne of Glass. I knew I needed this box. Honestly, I need every Fairyloot Box... I think this might be one of my favourites so far though.

Oh my gosh. This pillow case. I need more. I have a little reading nook in my room with a small sofa and this pillow looks fantastic on there. It's such a beautiful design and from one of my absolute favourite books. The quality is outstanding too! I definitely want to check out some more of Evie Bookish's designs.

This candle smells exactly how you think an attractive male fae prince should smell. It's very musky and heady, almost a little dizzying. It's a very bittersweet item as Meraki Candles is no longer creating candles. I've bought a fair few over the year and my room always smells fantastic. I don't think I'm going to be able to burn this one.

I'm big on skincare so I loveeeeed getting a lip balm in this box. And it's from Geeky Clean! A brand I've been wanting to try for ages. I got the Seelie lip balm with smells like apple gummies. It's so yummy. I haven't yet used it as I'm finishing off a never ending tub of Nivea lip butter.

Colouring books make me so happy. I have the A Court of Thorns and Roses one and I love it. But I have to admit I've yet to actually colour in it. I'm scared to. I don't want to make a mistake! I am going to give colouring in this one a go though.

I don't like using magnetic book marks when I'm actually reading simply because I find that my pages get a little torn. But I'm definitely going to be displaying these cuties somewhere soon. I've seen the Dreamy and Co designs everywhere and I've always thought they're so cute. They remind me of little chibi anime characters.

Oh I'm torn. I don't know what to do. I adore both sides of these prints. On one side we have Rowan and Aelin from Throne of Glass designed by Diana Worak and on the other there are two text illustrations by Stella's Bookish Art. One featuring a quote from Julie Kagawa and the other from Cassandra Clare.

So that was my January Fairyloot Unboxing!

Have you tried any bookish subscription boxes before?

What did you think? And what was your favourite item from this box?

Thank-you for reading,
