At first I was always a little skeptical of how much primers really work and affect the longevity of make-up. I've found some absolute gems...and some I really wish I hadn't tried. Now, I really wish I didn't love this primer so much...because the bank account feels the ouch. The YSL Touche Eclat Blur Primer is phenomenal, I mean it has literal gold flecks in it and at £29.50 the price certainly reflects that.
However, the bottle I have has lasted me nearly 3 months so a little goes a long way. I also noticed that my make-up applies smoother, my pores are blurred and I look luminous. I want all those things all the time. I have quite large pours near my nose and this primer completes erases them. My make-up lasts but my natural oils do break through later on in the day. Admittedly, I'm not all that mad at that..I like a healthy glow.
If you aren't a fan of silicone feeling primers I don't think you'd like this. It does have that slip that most silicone primers have but it isn't unpleasant. It blends into the skin very quickly.
As soon as this starts to run out I'm sprinting to get a new tube. I don't think I can live without this primer any more...
